Heh, W00T! im 19!

*yawn, snore* hnk wha?

so there i was, groggy as hell on Sunday morning, and my Mom comes in with a chocolate douhgnut with a candle in it.... happy birthday

after doing church and the special breakfast afterwards, (HAD to go cause of the mothers-day mass they have every year) I get home and I have nothing to do but WAIT for my grandparents to get there
but anyway XD
after about 3 hours everyone gets there and we all sit around the kitchen table and doing Mothers Day stuff... which takes another good hour or two (by then i had stopped getting all excited about presents... PERFECT timing XD )

Finally its MY turn for gifts, and heres what i got:

Tenacios D and the Pick of Destiny on DVD from my little bro (too bad he's WAY too young to watch it yet )
a jean jacket from my parents,
Pocky Sticks, a Skull Ring, Jelly Belly Beans, and a custom-bleached shirt from my big sis, (i'll probably take a pic of the shirt cause it looks sOO cool X3 )
my grandparents gift was interesting, it consisted of a card with a deflated balloon in it... they said i had to blow up the balloon, hang it on the wall, and pop it with a dart (I was conviently right next to the dart-board) so i did, and SURPRISE out pops a check for 50$ w00t!
my other grandparent (my grampa that ive been living with for the last school season... he really didnt need to give me anything cause living with him was fun as heck ) i got a nice card with a check for 40$ moar munny!
then this is where it gets interesting...
I get a bag with:
An apulstry scrubber,
leather spray,
windowsheild wipes,
AC/DC scent hanger, (you know, like those pine trees you hang from the rear-view mirror) and sooooo... all the while i KNOW there gotta be SOME reason im getting all this stuff... (i was obviously thinking a car but nuuuu my parents ar liek "oh this is all for your car-washing job we got you) anyway, my Dad says "for the rest of your present you have to go out to the pole-barn" ( I KNEW IT ) so by this time im smiling uncontrollably cause i KNOW whats coming next, i get stopped at the door to the barn and im handed this little box... (GEEEE I WONDER WHAT THAT COULD BE) lo and behold theres a KEY inside and i walk into the barn to see a Ford 94' Explorer sitting there...
(now i know why my dad said i couldnt go out to the barn )
"Go ahead and take it for a drive around the subdivision but NOT in the road.. it doesnt have a licence plate"
so i get in and start it up, and rev the engine and honk the horn (REALLY loud in the barn ) and my little bro and sis jump in and i pull out (SLOWLY AS HELL) out of the garage door onto the dirt road
HOW THE HECK DO YOU GET A USED S.U.V. AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT?!?!?

my mate had gotten me a Subscription to DA early as a gift AND she even baked a cake in my honor... though i couldnt actual BE there to eat it its the thought that counts right?

well by that time im in total disbelief... yeah... uhm... i was sitting there silently smiling like an idiot as i drove down the road with the radio blaring

after i come back in i get a tribal-metal licence plate cover (it was actualy the same one i got my big sister years back but she never used it, way to recycle! )

theeeeeen i scarfed down 5 hotdogs with fresh home-made salsa and chips.... then rhurbarb-strawberry PIE
(needless to say i could barely WALK after this)

so yeah, my B-day in a nutshell

Im an Art student currently enrolled at College for Creative Studies (CCS) and i plan on majoring in 3D Animation and/or Game Design
